We’re thrilled to launch the Pioneer Missionary Training Center (PMTC) alongside our native partners with your generous help. This missionary formation hub will commission native leaders throughout the 10/40 Window to share God’s hope, walk in God’s power, and ignite biblical churches to win countless unreached lives to Jesus.
This is just one angle of our strategy towards a reached world. Here’s how the PMTC came about.
From Children’s Home to Missionary Hub

We’re thrilled to launch the Pioneer Missionary Training Center (PMTC) alongside our native partners with your generous help. This missionary formation hub will commission native leaders throughout the 10/40 Window to share God’s hope, walk in God’s power, and ignite biblical churches to win countless unreached lives to Jesus.
This ministry began with the successful end of another. For many years, Pastor S. and his wife hosted the Laos Children’s Home (LCH), a safe haven for persecuted children excluded from education for their faith. The LCH allowed them to study in the city, stay safe and healthy, and grow into mature Christian leaders. Pastor S. raised many of them from childhood—and now, most have graduated from High School and begun planning their next steps in life. Only a few young children remained, and Pastor S. has placed them with trustworthy host families.
Pastor S. began seeking God’s will for the future and received the idea of a missionary training center. Our contact in Asia presented the idea to us, and immediately, I sensed the Holy Spirit’s approval. I shared their plans to the primary supporters of LCH to confirm if they wanted to transfer their support to the center. To our joy, they agreed, significantly increasing their support, and now, Message Ministries is the sole financier of the Pioneer Missionary Training Center (PMTC). Praise God!
Pastor S. feels thrilled for the futures of the LCH alumni—some who’ve chosen to train for ministry at the center. He’s also excited for his family’s next season planting churches and raising local pastors. Please pray for him in this mission venture!
First Semester Begins; Here’s a Look at the Training

Twenty students have already begun their transformative journey at PMTC from Burma, Laos, and Thailand. Here’s how our Asia contact described the first semester:
“For three months, the students will study the Bible, learn music for evangelism and worship, and study English and Chinese. For their practicum, they’ll serve the churches in praise and worship, children’s ministry, sports evangelism, outreaches, and more. Then, for one-month internships, they’ll return to their national churches to apply the lessons in cooperation with their pastors.
After two years of training, I believe they’ll discover God’s purpose for their lives. I’ve been in ministry for nineteen years and have trained four groups of disciples comprised of eight to twelve people each. Today, most of them are in ministry!”
Please join us in praying for God’s work through PMTC. It’s a relatively small investment at $1,750 a month—but we believe it’ll bear an enormous impact throughout the 10/40 Window, resulting in countless souls saved and discipled as these young leaders ignite unreached villages with Jesus’s good news.
God’s Speeding Up. Will We “Keep in Step?”

I want to express my gratitude to you, supporters and prayer warriors. God is using our teamwork to transform the spiritual landscape of the 10/40 Window. The church is exploding in many nations once unreached—and you’re a key player in that harvest.
We’re living at a threshold in history—do you sense it, too? God is moving powerfully in the world. He’s speeding things up, and to “keep in step with the Spirit” (Galatians 5:25) we must quicken our pace. Each of us must heed Paul’s advice: “Let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us” (Hebrews 12:1). Are we willing, or will the American church remain on the sidelines?
Unfortunately, Western Christianity still hasn’t turned its eyes to the needs of the unreached. We’re still plagued by the sins of self-centeredness and greed for luxury. I see churches throwing away swaths of offerings on needless things with no connection to God’s number one priority—reaching every soul for Jesus worldwide before it’s too late. It’s time to finally align our hearts with Paul’s declaration: “I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus” (Philippians 3:14). Will we do it, or keep living for ourselves?
Now is the time to reach every nation for Jesus. Now is the time to expand our outreach to the 10/40 Window. Jesus commanded clearly: “Go and make disciples of all nations” (Matthew 28:19). One day, every nation, tribe, and tongue will be discipled (Revelation 7:9). The only question is, will we stand up and become the generation to fulfill the task? With God’s help, we can evangelize the whole world in our lifetime.
Will you join us in the battle for souls?
Until every ear has heard,
