About Jim Randall
Dr. Jim Randall has dedicated his life to training faithful Christian leaders “who will be able to teach others also” (2 Timothy 2:2 NASB). He conducts Business As Missions (BAM) training to help Southeast Asia’s missionaries start businesses that financially sustain their ministry work, and Christian leadership training to help Southeast Asia’s missionaries evangelize their regions more effectively. Jim also spends time every week mentoring missionaries who need encouragement, prayer, and counsel in their ministries. By training others to obey the Great Commission effectively, Jim Randall is mobilizing a generation of effective Christian leaders every corner of Southeast Asia.

Dr. Jim has served the Lord in full-time Christian service for over four decades, ministering in more than 30 countries on four continents. Jim lived in Japan for 14 years where he founded and pastored Yokohama Christian Center. He also established a Bible School, directed an International Christian school, a printing/publishing company, an English teaching company, and several other ministries and businesses. He now works with various international ministries doing Leadership and Management training and consulting. With his experience in missions and the business world, he helps church planters and businessmen start Business As Missions projects that help support their Christian work. He currently resides in Chiang Mai, Thailand and holds an earned doctorate in Leadership Development and Organizational Management.
