April 2025: Jesus’s Hope for Burma’s Earthquake Victims

This passover season, I’m overwhelmed with gratitude. I’m so grateful to God for the love, mercy, and grace bestowed on us, His children. What a comfort to know we have eternity ahead with the One who loves us the most! And what a privilege to see thousands of lost souls meet Jesus annually through your generous support of our native partners. I can’t help but shout in celebration when I think of these multitudes rescued from eternal separation from God!
It’s only by God’s grace and your partnership that we can witness such a beautiful harvest worldwide. Together, God is using us to share Jesus with tens of thousands desperate for His hope. We want to share with you another crucial opportunity to share God’s hope.
Send Relief and Good News to Earthquake Victims in Myanmar
Recently, Myanmar suffered a 7.7 magnitude earthquake, killing at least 3,500 and injuring or displacing countless more. Multitudes have lost loved ones, homes, belongings, and access to labor—and are now reaching for hope and relief only found in Jesus’s good news.
Our native partners are on the ground in Mandalay, distributing essential goods and proclaiming the message of the cross to whoever will hear. They’ve also lost belongings, homes, and loved ones—but their suffering won’t stop their mission of hope. They believe no one should suffer tragedy alone, and they feel a responsibility to proclaim Jesus in their nation’s greatest hour of desperation. They’ve purchased food, water, mosquito nets, and tents, and have begun distributing them to those in need.
Many in these pictures have lost everything. They’d almost abandoned hope—but now they’ve tasted Jesus’s peace with your help and Pastor P’s hands-on ministry. With your help, many more Burmese will soon come to know Jesus and thrive in His love!
As Christians, we have a responsibility to proclaim Jesus to those who have never heard His name—especially in their darkest hour.
