On January first at 12:35am a fire destroyed all the belongings of The Olaya Family in Angamos (Lima), Peru.  We believe the fire started from fireworks in the streets where they live.  It was one hour before the firetruck arrived to put out the fire which had already destroyed everything.  They lost furniture, family photos, computer, books, clothes and more.

The Olaya Family is a beautiful family.   David Olaya is the pastor of a local church and daughters Damaris and Loamy have served with the Message Ministries mission teams from the USA and with the Peruvian Youth Teams.  They are wonderful young women who serve the Lord with all of their hearts as does the whole family.

We want to help them put their lives back together by providing some funds to help them purchase furniture, clothes and other necessities that were lost in the fire.  We would gladly accept any help from you on their behalf.  I believe God wants to turn this tragedy into something good for them.  Would you help us reach out to them with the Love of God by making a donation to help meet their needs.  If you can’t help at this time, please pray for The Olaya Family.

Special thanks to those of you who gave to meet the special need The Olaya Family had because of the fire that destroyed most of their belongings.  We were able to send them a little more than $2,000 because of your generosity.
