We pray you had a wonderful Christmas with your family and friends and that God is blessing you as this year comes to a close. We praise God for you and thank you for your prayers, encouragement, and financial support in 2021. May God continue to work through us together in 2022!
2021 has been an unusual year for us in many ways. Unlike previous years, this year, much of our mission work has been done from behind a desk, encouraging, building up, raising mission support, and supporting indigenous ministers on the Mission field. For me, Brian, this is the first year I have not been on a foreign mission trip since 1994, which certainly felt strange. At the same time, we are thankful that more was accomplished on the mission field this year than in many of the previous years. We have seen so much accomplished through partnerships with indigenous pastors, evangelists, missionaries, and strategic missionaries like Jim Randall. We praise God for that and give God thanks and the glory for anything achieved. We will provide a report in next month’s newsletter with more details for our mission support team.
We welcome your support in 2022 as we move forward with our eyes wide open on the mission field and our hearts focused on God’s call and compassion to reach the lost, especially in unreached nations.
“Do you not say, ‘There are still four months and then comes the harvest’? Behold, I say to you, lift up your eyes and look at the fields, for they are already white for harvest!”
(John 4:35)
Christmas Blessing Project Report
We dedicate the rest of this newsletter to sharing pictures from some of the Christmas Blessing Project Outreaches. By God’s grace and your generosity, we sent $15,000 to 60 locations in seven countries, including China, Cambodia, India, Laos, Myanmar, Peru, and Thailand. We have not received reports from all of those locations because some of the CBP celebrations occur after Christmas.
We have posted some updates on our Facebook page (www.facebook.com/messageministries) with many pictures. Unfortunately, we will not be able to post some CBP outreaches for security reasons.
We rejoice and thank God for the reports of many giving their hearts to the Lord in Southeast Asia through these outreaches. Plus, how many in the family of God were blessed with a gift by your generosity. Thank you so much! Gloria a Dios!
