A Glimpse Forward
We look forward to what God will do in 2022! Please join us as we pray, “God let your will be done in and through us this year.” Amen!
Jesus said, “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.” (John 15:5)
We know apart from God’s grace, love and power, we can’t produce any eternal spiritual fruit. That’s an impossibility! We also know there’s no limit to what God can and will do through people who surrender to Him! Let’s pray God fulfills that in me, you, and our ministry partners worldwide. Let’s do as the Apostle Paul urged us and “press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 3:14)
D.L. Moody once said, “There is no limit to what God can do with a man fully consecrated to Him. By God’s help, I aim to be that man.” Let that be our goal! Let’s give ourselves entirely to God’s purposes in 2022. Let’s work to win the prize of God’s upward call!
Let’s stand as Christ’s ambassadors, and proclaim His message of salvation to all the people we can, whenever we can, and wherever we can! If we can’t go to other nations, let’s send someone who can, or support someone already there. Jesus’ command is to get the job done! He said, “Go into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.” (Mark 16:15).
We all understand when Jesus said “every creature,” He meant every person in the world, not just those near us or those easy to reach. That means we must be spiritually and practically strategic and fully and faithfully focused on getting the gospel to those who have not heard yet.
So let’s agree together to not hold back the gospel from those who have never heard it, especially people in the 10/40 window who are lost and dying in darkness. That’s where an estimated 50,000 people die daily, who have never heard about Jesus Christ yet.
Message Ministries is committed to sending the gospel to Cambodia, China, India, Laos, Myanmar/Burma, and Thailand. And to continue our ministry in Peru and wherever else the Lord leads. We ask you to pray as Paul advised in Colossians 4:3. “And pray for us, too, that God may open a door for our message, so that we may proclaim the mystery of Christ.” Amen!
A Look Back
In 2021, By God’s grace and your partnership, we sent $129,550 to reach the unreached in the 10/40 Window. We also sent $28,000 to Peru, where our mission began many years ago and we continue to work.
Here is a list of how we used some of those donations.
- Christmas Blessing Project Outreaches – $14,900
- Children’s Homes – Laos and India – $8,800
- Children’s Ministries with Meal Programs – $11,500
- Construction Projects – Prefab Home Materials – $4,500
- 10/40 Youth Camps – Cambodia – $5,175
- Emergency Relief and Outreach – Includes Share God’s Hope Food Bags – $15,950
- Evangelistic, Discipleship, and Training materials – $3,750
- Indigenous Pastors, Missionaries, Evangelists etc – $72,500
As you can see, one of our most crucial mission investments is in Indigenous ministry workers who disciple other Christians and take the gospel of Jesus Christ in their native language to those who have never heard. Hundreds were saved through their ministries in 2021 and thousands through all of our worldwide efforts. We praise God for that!
Also, we are blessed to be Jim Randall’s mission support agency. He works hard year-round, ministering to indigenous leaders, missionaries, and writing, printing, and providing children’s discipleship materials in indigenous languages in the countries where we work year-round.
On behalf of our MM Board, staff, and indigenous ministry workers, thank you for helping us send monthly financial support to 30 different indigenous ministries and ministers in seven countries, including two children’s homes. We give all the glory to God for all He has done and allows us to do together.
